Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven HR generalist for a full-time consulting assignment from April until the end of the year. This assignment is with a modern and growing organization that is in constant change and has a strong focus on development and improvement. Assignment: Full-time, 80% from April 2025 until the end of the year.

Responsibilities

Main tasks:

• Drive development areas within work environment, culture and leadership, salary, health and well-being, and learning.
• Ensure that HR processes are systematic, effective, and create value for the organization.
• Develop and implement data-driven methods to support the organization's needs and decisions.
• Explore and implement AI-based solutions to streamline HR work.
• Work communicatively and pedagogically to create engagement and impact within the organization.

Qualifications

Qualifications and experience:

• Solid experience as an HR generalist (at least 3-5 years).
• Ability to switch between strategic and operational HR work.
• Experience with data-driven HR work and systematic improvement work.
• Experience working with AI solutions in HR is a plus.
• Strong communication and pedagogical skills.
• Ability to build trust and relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and self-driven.
